Sales conditions "De Hoekse Hof"
1. After ordering at webshop "De Hoekse Hof", you will receive an email confirmation of your order. The total value of the order has to be on our bankaccount within 7 days (bankaccount 40.99.29.123 from De Hoekse Hof in Bergschenhoek). After receival of the payment, I will ship the ordered product(s) a.s.a.p. If we do not receive the full ordervalue within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and the product will be available in the shop again.
To prevent dissappointments; please provide your correct personal information when ordering.
2. It is possible to see the products that are published on De Hoekse Hof by first making an appointment by phone. You can take the products with you after cash payment.
3. We charge 5,50 euro standard shipping cost for every order in the Netherlands. Shipping at the risk of the costumer. Insured shipping is possible against additional cost.
4.Although De Hoekse Hof has extremely high productstandards, warranty on handmade or second hand (refurbished) products is unfortunately impossible.
5. Unsatisfied? When you send the purchase back in original packaging within 8 days, the purchase price will naturally be refunded. The cost and risk of shipment both are for the costumer.
